We are loving the make-do-and-mend mentality of Cordula Kehrer’s Bow Bins, recycling old and broken plastic bins with wicker and rattan using traditional weaving techniques and local basket makers. The project is now being produced in cooperation with a Philippine fair trade organisation who employ original tribespeople to make the bins using local and sustainable material – which is very nice indeed.
